Telemetry is one of the “smart” features available on IntelliPack foam-in-place packaging systems. It is designed to help customers:

IntelliPack’s telemetry automatically collects, monitors and
measures critical information, such as liquid foam and film usage,
temperature, pressure and other system parameters each time the
equipment is operated. With IntelliPack’s telemetry, your system
performs daily diagnostic testing to ensure that the machine stays
up and running. Your IntelliPack service technician will customize
control boundaries for your foam-in-place system based on the
frequency and equipment “use profile.” If a potential problem is
detected, your foam-in-place system will automatically contact an
IntelliPack service tech.
In other words, it’s like having a dedicated service technician on
site, around the clock.

In order to view reports on consumables consumption and other variable statistics associated with your IntelliPack equipment, simply log onto an internet-based, password-protected account. Daily and monthly reports on systems diagnostics, foam and film use are all available at the push of a button.
