Produce flat cushions fast! The SmartCUSHION™ system is automatic and requires no operator. A purpose-built in sensor stops equipment in the event of a jam. Cushions are convenient for use in conjunction with corrugate shippers as a bottom, side or top layer in void fill, cushioning and interleaving applications. Ideal for medium- to high-volume uses, cushion thicknesses range from 0.5- to 3.0-inches and are produced at up to 20 per minute.
