Where A meets B

IntelliPack's SmartFOAM™ A/B chemical is specially formulated to maximize operation of your SmartBAGGER™ foam packaging machine and SmartSHOT™ handheld foam in place system. IntelliPack offers a variety of A/B chemical combinations that produce a range of polyfoam densities. The packing foam density is determined by the fragility, weight, and shipping mode of the product you are packaging. IntelliPack also formulates specialty foam systems upon request.

IntelliPack™ Chemical System	Application	Sealed Air Chemical Equivalent
SLD	Super low-density foam provides average cushioning and material recovery. SLD is a high performance replacement for loose fill, Kraft paper, air bags, cellulose wadding or newspaper.	Instafill®
LD	Low-density foam molds to protect a wide range of light to medium weight (10-50 lb) products.	Instapak® 40W
HE	High-efficiency foam provides good, initial cushioning and fair protection after multiple drops for medium to heavy products (20-60 lb). HE is a preferred alternative for all flexible protective packaging.	Instapak® Molding Foam
MLD	Molding foam provides flexible cushioning and excellent recovery for fragile or heavier products (40-120 lb) after multiple drops. MLD foam is an excellent replacement for all flexible protective packaging. Pads may be reused.	Instapak® 75W
FLX	Flexible foam provides excellent recovery for medium to heavy products (50-150 lb), even after multiple drops. FLX foam is an excellent replacement for all flexible protective packaging. Pads may be reused.	G-Flex®
BB	BB foam provides excellent blocking and bracing protection and more rigid void fill for heavy equipment (up to 300 lb) and molded or fabricated materials.	Instapak® Rigid

SmartFOAM™ is available in single drums or by bulk in totes. A network of distribution centers helps ensure you have the chemical you need, when you need it.
