IntelliPack's Telemetry collects, monitors and measures critical information from your foam packaging machine such as chemical usage, temperatures, operating pressures, and other system parameters each time your foam in place equipment is operated. With IntelliPack’s Telemetry, your system performs daily diagnostic testing to ensure your foam in place packaging machine stays up and running. Your IntelliPack service technician will customize control boundaries for your foam in place packaging system based on the frequency and use of your equipment. If a potential problem is detected, your foam in place system will automatically contact an IntelliPack service technician.

Some of the Telemetry advantages you can look forward to include:

• Simple connectivity. All you need is an analog phone line (i.e., a fax line) to start benefiting from IntelliPack’s Telemetry. Your IntelliPack service technician will take care of installation and connectivity at no charge.
• Greater efficiency. Your IntelliPack foam system tracks the amount of chemicals used or SmartFILM™ consumed by your machine every day. A history feature enables you to audit operational performance at a glance to determine if you’re using more chemicals or SmartFILM™ than necessary.
• Automatic ordering option. If you prefer, IntelliPack’s Telemetry will automatically reorder chemicals or SmartFILM™ when it detects low supplies, helping you minimize unexpected downtime and costly freight fees.
• Preventive maintenance. Your IntelliPack foam in place system automatically contacts an IntelliPack service technician for maintenance or troubleshooting.
