Pre-Molding

Pregis IntelliPack SmartMOLD™ pre-molding applications provide consistent cushioning and void-fill in places that need it most. Efficient and cost effective, the SmartMOLD™ engineered molding process ensures that products receive a custom fit for maximum protection. Packaging waste and product breakage are minimized.
Step 1 Wood mold custom built to produce the ideal shape.
Step 2 IntelliPack SmartFILM is set inside the mold.
Step 3 IntelliPack SmartFOAM is then dispensed evenly into the mold.
Step 4 SmartFILM is placed on top of foam and the mold is closed tight.
Step 5 Final product fits perfectly into the pre-molded foam cushion.
