Foam-in-Bag

The IntelliPack SmartBAGGER™ foam-in-bag system is clean, convenient, versatile and efficient. Customers simply choose the size they want from six standard bag options and dispense liquid foam into it. The bag is then placed on top of the product it is intended to cushion, transforming into a shell for optimal protection.

Step 1	Operator selects proper bag size and foam amount.
Step 2	Operator places bag inside box.
Step 3	Object is placed in box on top of foam cushion.
Step 4	Foam cushion cover placed on top of product, box sealed.
Step 5	Final packaged product.

Also available is the IntelliPack SmartSHOT HYBRID™, a “hand-held” and bagger machine in one. The innovative, cost-effective foam solution packages a wide variety without the need for separate hand-held and bagger equipment. Capital outlay is minimized, and customers enjoy the same maximum foam-in-place product protection benefits.
